Xavier Robar

As of August 2020, Galactic Studios LLC is a one man operation run by me, Xavier Robar! I am an independent video creator/editor for various clients.

All my life, I have always found myself in a need to make content, and my family supported my ambitions. About eight years ago, I started a now deactivated YouTube Channel where I could create, edit and upload. Now, under a new channel, I have persistently published quality content every other week day since mid June.

During my junior year at high school, I enrolled myself into a multimedia class where students would assist a client and grow your own personal skill. After such a long hiatus, I was ready to get back into the world of creation. I primarily taught myself about masking effects and perfect cuts, much like shown in the portfolio. These years of practice helped me strengthen my editing abilities.

After a year since that multimedia class, June 2020 rolled around. I had been talking with my family about an editing business since for the past few months, I had been recording and editing physical education videos for Indian Community School (see Portfolio). We decided that because of the pandemic-induced lockdowns, now was the best time to open a videography business. People can't interact with each other in person for the time being, and some struggle to make their own videos.
